As part of my book discovery theme this month: I wanted to alert blog readers about this wonderful resource for finding great books to read-- in case they are not aware of it already. Every week, The Wall Street Journal asks a a well-known historian, writer or other person of note to name five "best" book in a certain category: childhood, fashion, war memoirs, and so on.
My Amazon Wish List (as well as many books that I have read) is highly influenced by these lists. Plus, the commentary is great.
