My memoir about my grandfather appears this month in Blue Lyra Review, a magazine that has recognized the importance of Yiddish literature as well as the Jewish experience. While I rarely venture into non-fiction, this was a very personal piece-- and I'm pleased it appears in this themed issue, "Stories We'd Rather Not Tell."
