Well done! I use Smashwords too, for my novels. I find it's useful to upload in different formats for the epub version, the pdf version and the Kindle version to get the best results. It sounds a bit tedious, but in practice isn't too bad. There are subtle differences between the three formats that make the extra effort worthwhile.
